Margareth Guedes was born and raised in Brazil, where she completed her education in Law and honed her skills as a Civil Trial Lawyer for nearly a decade. During her time as a law student in her native country, she served as a clerk at the Appellate Court in Brazil and gained valuable experience as an Appellate Judge's Assistant. After graduating from law school, Margareth embarked on a career in business law, labor law, and civil litigation at one of Brazil's most renowned law firms. Additionally, she served as a Court's Mediator for nearly seven years, facilitating settlements for numerous cases and acquiring invaluable experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Upon relocating to the United States, Margareth continued her legal career at Nova Southeastern University, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2021. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2022 and has since been practicing law. Margareth's primary focus lies in general liability defense, personal injury defense (including premises/auto), medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
