Andrew A. Rief (Andy) is a partner in the firm's West Palm Beach office. He litigates claims involving personal injury or wrongful death related to allegations of medical malpractice, product liability, automobile negligence, commercial trucking negligence, premises liability, nursing home abuse, and general negligence. Mr. Rief also is a member of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims wherein Vaccine Injury Claims are filed. Moreover, Mr. Rief handles construction defect cases and other commercial disputes.

Mr. Rief has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked for several years at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida as a health care professional, before pursuing his law degree at the University of Miami. This medical training and experience in the hospital setting has provided Mr. Rief with a unique insight into his cases and is invaluable to the representation of his clients.
